How can I register for free?
If you haven't logged in yet, you'll see on the right hand side of the top of the website create profile. Click on create profile and then fill in the form. Next click on the button create profile. Regestering a profile is free.
How can I log in?
If you haven't logged in yet, you'll see on the right hand side on the top of the website login. Click on login and then fill in your e-mail address and password. Next press the button login.
How can I change my personal information?
If you haven't logged in yet, you will see on the right hand side on top of the website login. If you are already logged in, you will see on the right hand side on top of the website 'my profile'. Click on 'my profile' or log in to access your personal profile. Then you can choose for my personal data. Change your information and click on the button 'save'.
I have forgotten my password. What now?
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply request a new password. Go via the link on the right hand side on top of the website to the page login and click on password forgotten. Then you can fill in your personal e-mail address to request a new password. This system functions completely automatically. So, you can request a new password in an instant.

How can I pay my order?
On our website you can safely pay your order using the most common online payment options! Our Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact Mister Cash, GiroPay, iDEAL, KBC, CBC, PayPal, SOFORT Banking and SOFORT Übereisung! The payments are made immediately in the secure payment environment of MultiSafepay.

Who will deliver my order and on which day?
Festivalshop.be works with B-post for all its deliveries. B-post visits each address in Belgium every day of the week and guarantees a delivery of one to two working days in Belgium.  For the correct B-post holidays see www.bpost.be. In order to do our bit for the environment, we use recycled boxes and Festivalshop.be is also a physical store.  The weekly closing day of the shop is every Tuesday. On that day we do not process packages.  Parcels ordered on Monday after 2 pm or on Tuesday leave on Wednesday at 2 pm.  We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, the orders will leave the first working day after the closing day.
How can I return my product or order?
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order or part of it and return your product (s). Notify us by emailing us the return form. Do not forget to include your IBAN number. You can also add the form to the package with the items you're sending back to us. The direct costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the Customer. More details and information can be found under point seven of our terms and conditions.
How much are the shipping costs?
What happens if my order doesn't fit in the letterbox?
All the orders are shipped in cardboard boxes. If you are absent, the postman will put a notice of absence in the letterbox.

You have two possibilities to receive the parcel:

- You can pick up the parcel within 15 days in the post office or in the postal point mentioned in the notice of absence.

- You can ask a third person to pick up the parcel in the post office mentioned in the notice absence. The third person has to bring the notice of absence that is filled in and signed by the addressee.
What is the delivery time?
Festivalshop.be is also a physical store. The weekly closing day of the shop is every Tuesday. On that day we do not process packages. Parcels ordered on Monday after 2 pm or on Tuesday leave on Wednesday at 2 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, orders are dispatched the first working day after the day of closure. Festivalshop has 99% of the products in stock. Normally you will receive the articles from our range within one to two working days after receipt of payment in Belgium. In The Netherlands and other European countries we charge 3 to 6 days. For countries outside Europe please e-mail us for an estimate of the shipping costs and delivery time. If an article is not in stock you will be informed as soon as possible.

Can I contact you?
Of course! We can help you in our shop. You can also contact us by telephone of by e-mail. To contact us by e-mail, please click on contact below. We pull out all the stops to help you as fast as possible.
Do you put items aside for later collection?
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to reserve items or costumes. What you can do is order the desired item through our webshop and during the checkout process choose pickup instead of shipping. This way we can immediately take the order out of the store for you.  As soon as your order is ready in our store, located at Diestsestraat 105 3270 Scherpenheuvel Belgium, you will receive an e-mail from us. After this you have 14 calendar days to collect the package in our store. If the package was not picked up after this period you will receive a reminder e-mail with further instructions.  

Please note that if the order is cancelled after the period of 14 calendar days, administration and handling costs will be deducted, depending on the order amount and with a minimum of € 15.00.
Why can't I order firework via the webshop?
Due to a limited storage capacity for firework, we can't put aside a separate order for every customer. Due to obvious safety reasons, under no circumstances firework can be shipped. For these reasons, you can only buy firework in our shop in Scherpenheuvel (Belgium).
